Split into two levels (upstairs and downstairs), the main dining rooms offer generous seating space and allows the patron to dine in a comfortable dining area as well as enjoying the sophisticated ambiance.

At the East Empress we can take general dining bookings of 2 people through 20. Our fully equipped bar, has an extensive range of spirits, cocktails, beers and our award winning wine list is one of the largest in Victoria.

Our team of staff at the East Empress are well experienced in the hospitality industry and many of them have been working at East Empress since we first opened nearly 15 years ago.

Our staff are here to help and assist you (the client) with any questions or queries you may have. Whether it be in regards to altering a dish on the menu or even creating the cocktail of your choice, they will come up with a solution to suite you.
